Consultancy Notice – Terminal Evaluator

The Implementing Sustainable Low and Non-Chemical Development in Small Island Developing States (ISLANDS) Programme seeks to address the sound management of chemicals and waste in Small Island Developing States (SIDS). The Child Project GEF ISLANDS 10258 is currently being implemented by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in ten (10) Caribbean Countries: Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominican Republic, Guyana, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago. The Project aims to develop an incubator facility for innovative chemicals and waste projects designed by the private and public sector entities in the project countries.

As the Project Preparation Grant (PPG) phase of the Project comes to a close, the BCRC-Caribbean, as the executing agency, is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake an Independent Terminal Evaluation (ITE) at the end of the GEF ISLANDS 10258 Project, which includes an analysis of the attainment of project objectives, delivery and completion of project activities and outcomes. Evaluation of project objectives will be done according to GEF Project Review Criteria.

Consultancy duration: May 06, 2022 – June 30, 2022

Language: The proposal, including all supporting documentation, shall be written in English
